Concrete Cleaning & Color-Sealing in Austin
Fast, affordable pressure-wash and color-seal to refresh tired concrete.
Last Updated:
Our Approach to Clean & Seal
Our quickest, most affordable offer: pressure-wash plus a color-seal that refreshes tired patios and driveways and protects the surface. When a full stain or overlay isn't needed, clean-and-seal is the fast win.
When you don’t need a full overhaul
Sometimes the slab is fine. It just looks tired and needs a deep clean and a fresh sealed coat. Clean-and-seal is our budget-friendly option for that: pressure-wash, prep, and color-seal in 1 to 2 days.
What it does
The deep pressure-wash strips years of dirt, grime, and surface contamination. The sealer locks the surface against future staining and moisture, restores color depth, and gives the slab a finished look. Color-seal options let you tint the sealer to lean warmer or richer.
When to step up
If the slab is significantly cracked, peeling, or you want a wholly new look, you’ll get more out of resurfacing or staining. We’ll tell you straight on the quote whether clean-and-seal is the right fit or whether your budget would go further with one of the bigger services.
What you get
- ✓ Pressure-wash deep clean
- ✓ Color-seal or clear penetrating sealer
- ✓ Fast, budget-friendly turnaround
- ✓ Protects against stains and moisture

FAQ
Clean & Seal: Your Questions Answered
What's the difference between clean-and-seal and staining? +
Clean-and-seal refreshes the existing surface and protects it. Staining adds new, deeper color. Clean-and-seal is faster and cheaper; staining is a bigger transformation.
How long does the sealer last? +
Outdoors: 3 to 5 years before a reseal. Indoors: longer. We use sealers that hold up to Texas UV and traffic.
How long does the job take? +
Most driveways and patios are done in 1 to 2 days, including cure time before normal use.
