Our Approach to Polished Concrete
Polished concrete is our #1 service: a mechanically ground, honed, and polished floor that's durable, low-maintenance, and beautiful. We densify and seal the slab and dial the gloss from matte satin to mirror, for residential interiors and commercial spaces alike.
Our #1 service — and for good reason
Polished concrete is a mechanically ground, honed, and polished floor: the slab itself is the finish. No coating to peel, no topcoat to scratch through, just a densified concrete surface taken from rough to refined through a grit progression. It’s the most durable, lowest-maintenance floor we install.
Choose your gloss level
Polished concrete isn’t one finish — it’s a range. A satin matte (around 800 grit) gives a soft, modern look with subtle sheen. A high-polish (1500 to 3000 grit) gives a mirror-like reflection that catches light. Most homeowners land somewhere in the middle. We bring samples on the quote.
Color, exposure, and details
Dye or stain during the polish process to add color. Choose the aggregate exposure — cream (no exposure), salt-and-pepper (light exposure), or full aggregate. Lithium-silicate densifier locks the surface, and a stain-guard sealer makes it resistant to oil, wine, and everyday spills.

FAQ
Polished Concrete: Your Questions Answered
Is polished concrete slippery? +
Less than you'd think. Polished concrete actually has a slip-resistance rating similar to other finished floors. A penetrating stain-guard and the right gloss level keep it safe.
How long does it last? +
20+ years in a residential setting and 10 to 20 in a commercial setting. The floor is the slab itself — there's no coating to peel.
Can I pick the color? +
Yes — through dye or stain applied during the polish process. Or you can keep the natural concrete color and let the aggregate exposure carry the look.
