Specialty Concrete: Showers, Walls, Terrazzo & Furniture
Concrete showers, wall coatings, terrazzo, and custom-cast furniture.
Last Updated:
Our Approach to Specialty
For projects beyond floors and counters, we cast and finish concrete shower walls, vertical overlays, terrazzo surfaces, and custom furniture. Made-to-order work — tell us what you have in mind and we'll scope it.
When you want concrete to do something specific
Floors and countertops are most of what we do, but a fair share of work falls outside those boxes — shower walls, vertical overlays, terrazzo surfaces, custom-cast furniture, fireplace surrounds, sinks, water features. If it’s concrete and it’s decorative, we’ll scope it.
Shop-built when it makes sense
Custom furniture and small components get cast in the shop where we can control the cure and finish. Tables, sinks, vanity tops, fireplace surrounds — all common projects. We coordinate with you on size, color, edge details, and aggregate exposure.
Site-built for the big stuff
Shower walls, vertical wall coatings, and floor terrazzo systems get built in place. The same prep rules apply: clean substrate, correct primer, polymer-modified mixes, and a sealed finish that holds up to bathing, cleaning, and daily use.
What you get
- ✓ Concrete shower walls and surrounds
- ✓ Vertical overlays and wall coatings
- ✓ Terrazzo finishes

What Customers Say
Austin Customers on Their Finished Concrete
"Our 20-year-old garage slab had peeling DIY epoxy. They ground it all back, fixed the cracks, and the new flake floor still looks showroom-clean through two Texas summers."

"The pool deck stays cool enough to walk on barefoot in August now, and it's no longer slick. Exactly what we hoped for."
Sarah M.
Lakeway
"Polished our downstairs floors to a soft satin sheen. Easy to clean, and they clearly did the prep right. No shortcuts."

FAQ
Specialty: Your Questions Answered
What kind of projects qualify as specialty? +
Anything beyond floors and counters: showers, walls, fireplace surrounds, terrazzo, custom furniture, sinks, water features. If it's concrete and decorative, we'll scope it.
How long does specialty work take? +
Depends on the project. Most shower walls and vertical overlays are 2 to 5 days. Custom-cast furniture takes 2 to 6 weeks including shop curing time.
Can you match an existing concrete surface? +
Usually, yes — we'll match color and texture as closely as the materials allow. Truly matching a different lot of concrete exactly is hard; we'll set expectations honestly.
